Defined by their modular design, the Blade cabinets can easily be integrated into every space and environment not only as kitchen cabinets but also as library, bookshelf and storage space for various purposes and objects. Having its conceptual origins in the studio, home of the original Blade collection, in Blade Cabinet Parisotto+Formenton have managed to create a classic, yet modern composition which simultaneously incorporates the structural stability of the previous Blade lines with a classic touch of some extra volume and breadth.
Constructed by following simple shapes which rely on straight lines and angles, Blade Cabinet does not fail to complete and complement the other collections in the family through syntheticism and symmetry in the curvatures and outlines. Made almost entirely out of wood, in this line have been incorporated three different types of wooden material which include edges from solid wood, several layers of veneered wood for the frame and an inner frame made of MDF. In addition to that for better stability and balance the frame which supports the base has been designed and made out of high-quality steel.
