Haier Europe Headquarters
In the productive heart of Brianza, northern Italy, is located a new business park and technology campus: it’s called Energy Park. Much more than a workplace, far beyond an aggregation of offices.
This space comes to life from the desire to provide the partners who occupy it with the opportunity to work in a context designed to offer greater and more advanced performance in terms of efficiency, in a technologically advanced environment, where the constant search for quality of life and work prevails. The companies that currently animate it are some of the world’s largest companies in the IT, TLC, advanced research and manufacturing sectors, like our client: Haier Europe, owner of the Candy, Hoover and Haier brands.
Hospitality, flexibility of use and well-being were the key features of the project: layout, colors and material palette, colors and finishes were developed with the support of True design.
Being able to support the design phase has allowed a more sustainable and integrated process, creating a project in which not only design and aesthetics are respected, but also the functions and needs of the users.
Haier’s people in these offices are 140, invited from day one to embrace an agile and smart working style.
In addition to the usual operational and managerial environments, a “creative room” (a free and comfortable space, designed specifically to stimulate the creative mind), a food area, and open spaces for salespeople with high tables and stools for sitting and talking, without staying too long unnecessarily, have also been developed. In this overall vision, so aimed at the growth of staff and careful to the needs of space sharing, a conference room could not be missing, especially for staff training.
