The project includes a whole series of improvements in technology and use of space: new check-in desks installed with self-bag drop technology, new baggage handling equipment, new check-in islands, two aircraft stands and two reconstructed departure gates. Technology and hospitality that blend together to create an environment that is more than just a place of passage, but also a place of memory, between one trip and another. For this reason, the spaces of the

lobbies and lounges were conceived as spots of bright color that would stand out between the architectural shells. Yellow in all its forms: lemon, zafferano, sun, yellow is the trait d’union from the furniture to the soundproof panels. True furnishings, both for the possibility of customizing them at will with colors and custom fabrics, and for their ergonomics and contemporary aesthetics, were chosen to fit perfectly into this ambitious new project.
