The redevelopment of Valtorta 52 curated by the Park Associati studio was carried out by recovering an office complex from the 1960s, located in the northern area of Milan, in a constantly evolving neighborhood. The elegance and regularity of the geometric scheme of the external facade are clear and visible elements, further highlighted by the metal used for the construction of this building. The versatility of the complex is also appreciated through the interiors: large and bright spaces that take shape following the style and taste of the client. The large windows that run along all the

walls of the building allow you to enjoy a view of the city environment and towards an ever-present dynamism. The character of the entire structure is also found in the entrance and reception area, arranged following geometric, decisive and linear concepts, softened almost exclusively by the soft and circular shapes of Fender Sofa and BladeCoffee. Indeed, the True Design collections used in this environment give personality and style in the name of rigor and determination that are perceived in Valtorta 52.
